Meet The Ohlone
Green Republic LLLP is proud to announce its plans for the Ohlone, an exciting new 8.25 acre mixed-use, Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project that will be located along West San Carlos and Sunol Streets in San Jose. The City is in the process of reviewing this project ,which reflects San Jose’s vision for sustainable development for the future. The Ohlone has several exciting features including 30,000 square feet of commercial space, pedestrian plazas, access to mass transit and will be constructed to San Jose’s Build It Green standards. Still in the planning stages, this development will be bring up to 800 new units of residential housing to Midtown. The first amendment to the Draft Environmental Impact Report has been released.
